Wells Fargo seeks more than $71,000 from customer

GRETNA – Wells Fargo is seeking more than $71,000.

Wells Fargo Bank filed a suit July 24 against Kim Johnson Fontenot, aka Kim Johnson, Titus Fontenot and Joseph V. Fontenot in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying off a balance due of $71,352.71 and is still indebted to the plaintiff for the amount.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Candace Miers Bower of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 785867.
