GRETNA – Wells Fargo is seeking more than $134,000 for sums due.
Wells Fargo Bank filed a suit July 24 against Lloyd A. Simon Jr. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $134,869.83 plus interest, alleging that the defendant was negligent in paying off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Candace Miers Bowen of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.
