GRETNA – The State of Louisiana is seeking damages for illegal drugs in the possession of a citizen.
The State of Louisiana filed a suit July 25 against Mindy Hoang and Anh Hoang Nguyen in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging possession of illegal drugs.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages after it discovered at the property of the defendant's a substance matching the appearance of cocaine. The defendant is accused of possession of illegal goods.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by David Wheeler in Gretna.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
