GRETNA - A man is suing Jonathan Lacey, IV Waste LLC and Metro Disposal Inc. after his car was allegedly hit by a garbage truck at a landfill.
Alvin Venible filed a lawsuit July 27, alleging negligence.
According to the lawsuit, Venible's vehicle was allegedly struck on July 26, 2017 when Lacey lost control of a garbage truck.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. He is represented by Kevin Riley in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel.
