Delgado Community College seeks over $1,000

NEW ORLEANS – A community is seeking more than $1,000 in sums due.

The University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through Delgado Community College filed a lawsuit July 18 against Nolan Harris III in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the balance of $897.00 plus interest in the balance of 33.33 percent, totaling more than $1,000.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Amy Richard of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney Cates IV.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 2018-7070.
