GRETNA – West Centro LLC is seeking damages after a tenant allegedly failed to pay rent and abandoned the company's property.
West Centro filed a lawsuit July 31 against Easy Money Acquisition Group LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Preston Hayes of Chehardy, Sherman, Williams, Murray, Recile, Stakelum & Hayes LLP of Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.
