NEW ORLEANS – Delgado Community College claims a former student has failed to pay $989.79, plus interest.
The Louisiana Community and Technical College System, through Delgado Community College, filed a lawsuit July 25 against Mark Magee in Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by Kaila Hutchison of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge D. Nicole Sheppard.
