Penske Truck Leasing claims it is owed more than $72,000

GRETNA – A truck leasing company alleges that they are owed more than $72,000.

Penske Truck Leasing Co. LP filed a suit July 30 against Crescent City Packaging Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due. 

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $72,024.60 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due for services issued by the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake Oakes of The Oakes Law Firm LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen Grefer.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 786193.
