GRETNA – Deville Asset Management Ltd., based in Texas, has filed a lawsuit in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging that a consumer owes $5,241.22 in a case involving a Toyota purchase.
Deville Asset Management filed the case on Aug. 6 against Troy Bergeron to collect the debt. The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs, as stipulated in the court documents. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
