Southeastern Louisiana University sues for $1,324.35 plus interest

GRETNA –A university is seeking more than $1,300.

University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through Southeaster Louisiana University filed a suit August 6 against Patsy Palmer in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.


According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $1,324.35 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kaila M. Hutchison of Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 786402.
