GRETNA – Hancock Whitney Bank is seeking damages against Roy 123 Inc., formerly Addiction Recovery Resources Inc., and A. Kenison Roy III, in the 24th Judicial District Court.

The plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $48,553.11 plus interest.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Clay J. Legros of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.
