Member Patrick Babin will be speaking on a panel at the Willis Towers Watson Defense Base Act Symposium on October 4. His topic is “DFEC Changes & Impacts to the Industry: Update from the DOL and the Industry Defense on the Recent PTSD Changes.”
Patrick is a member of Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett’s Defense Base Act (DBA) defense team. Last year, along with member Alan Brackett, he also spoke at an Advance Consulting Defense Base Act Seminar on cost containment in the field of federal workers’ compensation.
