GRETNA – Capital One is seeking over $4,700 in sums due.
Capital One Bank filed a suit Aug. 13 against Kimberly Johnson in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $4,746.16 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
