Jefferson Capital Systems claims customer owes $3,754 on credit card

GRETNA – Jefferson Capital Systems LLC is seeking more than $3,500 allegedly owed on a consumer credit card.

Jefferson Capital filed a lawsuit Aug. 17 against Tymesha Pradia in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $3,754.27, plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the amount due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.
