NEW ORLEANS – A company is seeking more than $4,800 in sums due.
Wayne Breaux, dba Wayne Breaux Electric, filed a lawsuit Aug. 16 against Chateau Management LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $4,835.79 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Steven Mauterer of Beevers and Beevers LLP in Gretna.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern Reese.
