GRETNA –– Glencore Ltd faces a lawsuti over an alleged debt of nearly $400,000.
IMTT-Gretna LLC filed a suit August 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Glencore Ltd.
According to the claim, the plaintiff seeks an account balance of $391,294.99 plus interest, alleging that the defendant was negligent in paying off the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by Elton F. Duncan III of Duncan & Sevin LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
