GRETNA –– A mother accuses a daycare of negligence after a child hit her daughter.
Sharell Clark filed a complaint on Aug. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court.against Candyland Kollege Enterprises and Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company.
According to the complaint, Clark's daughter was hit by another child on May 10. She claims the employees did not properly monitor the children.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. She is represented by Jonathan M. Williams of the Law Office of Jonathan M. Williams in Marrero.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
