Barclay's Bank alleges it is owed more than $4,900

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $4,900 in sums due.

Barclay's Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Aug. 27 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Michael E. Riviera.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $4,970.10 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due on his credit card.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
