GRETNA –– A Jefferson Parish woman faces a lawsuit over an alleged $2,000 credit card debt.
Barclay's Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Aug. 27 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kelsey N. Altmeyer over nonpayment of a credit card.
According to the complaint, Altmeyer owes $2,194.27, plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul S. Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymon S. Steib Jr.
