Midfirst Bank claims it is owed more than $72,000

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $72,000.

Midfirst Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 30 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Cornell W. Davis.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on executory process, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $72,949.37 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by J. Donald Morgan of Kizer, Hood and Morgan LLP in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 787167.
