Countrywide Home Loans seeks over $57,000 in sums due

GRETNA – A loan company is seeking damages for more than $57,000 in sums due.

Countrywide Home Loans Inc. filed a complaint on Aug. 28 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Gregory Jackson and patrician Desira Jackson.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid sum on executory process, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $57,582.50 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Candace Miers Bowen of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Molaison Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 787103.
