NEW ORLEANS – A woman is seeking damages for a slip and fall in a cajun cafe.
Marlene A. Michael filed a complaint on Aug. 29 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Cajun Vets LLC, dba Bobby Hebert's Cajun Cannon, and ABC Insurance Co.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on March 11 when the plaintiff was caused to slip and fall on a substance at the defendant's property.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Christopher Schwartz in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Melvn Zeno.
