NEW ORLEANS – A contracting company is seeking more than $28,000 in sums due.
D&R Contracting LLC filed a complaint on Aug. 28 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Wilda Yisrael.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $28,122.50 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due for services issued.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Mark Mantooth of Levy Mantooth in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern Reese.
