GRETNA –– Capital One filed a lawsuit against a customer over alleged unpaid credit card bills.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Patrick Barnewold.
According to the complaint, the defendant owes $2,007.71, plus interest, in credit card debt.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
