GRETNA –– Capital One is taking a credit card holder to court over an alleged $3,000 debt.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Hannah L. Denny.
According to the complaint, the defendant owes $3,382.44, plus interest, in credit card debt.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
