Harvey resident did not pay for repairs, windows company says

GRETNA –– A windows and siding company says a customer owes more than $3,000 for services performed on his home in Harvey.

Acadian Windows and Siding LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 6 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Dwayne Perrilliat.

According to the complaint, Perrilliat owes $3,400. 

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The company is represented by Stephen C. Hanemann of Kean Miller LLP in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
