GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $3,500 in sums due.
Cach LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 11 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Emily Olsen.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance of $3,554.15 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
