GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking over $1,900 in sums due.
Discover Bank filed a complaint on Sept. 10 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Patrick M. Rau.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for for sums due in the balance of $1,983.94 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
