GRETNA – A company is seeking more than $6,200 in sums due.
Veterans Staffing & Recruiting Services LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 13 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Manufab Partners LLC.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the balance of $6,265.59 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Mark Landry of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.
