Capital One sues bus service for $17,000 over alleged past due payments on business line of credit

NEW ORLEANS – Capital One filed a complaint on Aug. 23, in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, against White's Bus Services and Tramain White.

The plaintiff is seeking $17,011.86 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to meet his obligations on a business line of credit to Capital One. The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Nakisha Ervin-Knott.
