GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $2,100 in sums due.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Sept. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Theresa Cortie.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $2,122.19 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
