GRETNA – An LLC is seeking more than $2,000 in sums due.
Unifund CCR LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Blaise R. Allen.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $2,534.72 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brenna of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
