Credit union accuses customer of nonpayment

GRETNA –– A Jefferson Parish woman's alleged debt prompted a credit union to pursue litigation.

Neighbors Federal Credit Union filed a complaint on Sept. 20 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Tabitha M. Gallodoro.

According to the complaint, the defendant has an outstanding balance of $14,001.04 on a loan. 

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Stacy G. Butler of Kizer, Hood & Morgan LLP in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.
