Construction company owes more than $17,000, lawsuit claims

NEW ORLEANS – An air conditioning company accuses a construction firm of nonpayment.

River City Air Conditioning Inc., which does business as River City's Total Maintenance, filed a complaint on Sept. 17 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Jeff Long and Premier Construction and Management LLC.

According to the complaint, the defendant owes an outstanding balance of $17,725.00 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Larry E. Demmons of The Demmons Law Firm LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Rachael Johnson.
