University of New Orleans is seeking over $3,800 in sums due

NEW ORLEANS – A university is seeking more than $3,800.

The University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisor through University of New Orleans filed a complaint on Sept. 14 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Michael Ross Ruello.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $3,856.00 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Kaila Hutchison of Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette Irons.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 18-9279.
