Ally Financial files court action seeking over $32,000

GRETNA – A financial company is seeking damages for more than $32,000.

Ally Financial Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against David J. Dowell Sr.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of a 2015 Nissan Murano for $32,382.22 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward Bukaty in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle Taylor.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 787733.
