NEW ORLEANS – Shawanda Henderson filed a complaint on Sept. 14, in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, against Walmart, claiming she slipped on spilled liquid inside the store and injured herself.
Henderson claims that she was shopping on Jan. 21 at the Walmart at 4301 Chef Menteur Highway in New Orleans when she slipped on spilled liquid and fell on the floor.
Walmart is accused of negligence. The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Kevin W. Doyle in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
