Financial company alleges borrower owes over $189,000

GRETNA – A company is seeing nearly $189,000 in sums due.

SBN V. FNBC LLC filed a complaint on June 7 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Nicoll's Limosine Service Inc, Grace's Transportation LLC and Michael A. Nicoll.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $189,952.50 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Mark Landry of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.
