GRETNA –– A credit union says a customer owes over $8,000.
ASI Federal Credit Union filed a complaint on June 12 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Keith C. Haydel.
According to the complaint, the defendant failed to pay off an outstanding balance of $8,973.41 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Darryl M. Fontana of Fontana & Fontana LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
