GRETNA –– A local nonprofit faces accusations of nonpayment of a mortgage loan.
Hacienda Construction of Louisiana LLC filed a complaint on June 12 in the 24th Judicial District Court against John D. Marshall and Marshall Pondarosa Community Development Corporation.
According to the complaint, the defendant failed to pay off an outstanding balance of $12,117.73 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by John A. E. Davidson of Davidson & Davidson APLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
