Capital One seeks nearly $4,000

GRETNA –– A Jefferson Parish man owes more than $3,700 on a credit card, a bank claims in a recent lawsuit.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Sept. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Eduardo A. Castillo.

According to the complaint, the defendant failed to pay an outstanding balance of $3,753.36 plus interest.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly L. Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
