Lawsuit states mortgage with over $84,000 balance is in default

GRETNA – A mortgage balance is being sought in the sum of over $84,000.

Lloyd Seither filed a complaint on Sept. 27 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Lonnie Everage and JML Properties LA LLC 

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for two sums due on a mortgage, valued at $50,842.21 and $34,000.02, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the loans.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a mortgage.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Arthur Dupre Jr. of Leife, Gibbs, Sullivan & Dupré in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael Mentz.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 788035.
