GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $2,200.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Sept. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Teandria Okeke.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $2,288.36 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
