Cach LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 28 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Carolyn Williams.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due in the balance of $5,097.28 plus interest.
