Couple sues Enterprise Rent-a-Car, claiming negligent driver

GRETNA – A couple is seeking damages after they say a negligent driver struck their vehicle.

Casey Robert and Susan Jarmon filed a complaint on Sept. 25 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Enterprise Rent-a-Car Co. of Tennessee LLC EAN Holdings LLC and Helene Bastian.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place December 5, 2017 when the plaintiff was struck by the defendant who failed to yield while driving a car owned by Enterprise.

The defendant is accused of negligence.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward Womac Jr of Law Offices of Edward J. Womac Jr. & Associates LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle Taylor.
