GRETNA – A community college is seeking more than $1,100.

Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a complaint on Sept. 28 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Apollo D. Morgan.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $1,124.76 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kaila Hutchison of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg. 

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 788086.
