GRETNA – An LLC is seeking over $170,000 in sums due.
Millenium Group LLC filed a complaint on September 27 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Hasan Alawamleh Lapalco Motors LLC and Alawamleh Investments LLC.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due for the balances of $130,051.68 plus interest and $41,707.82 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jacob Young of Young Law Firm LLC in New Orleans.
