GRETNA – A portfolio recovery company is seeking more than $2,400.
Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 21 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Robert P. Mahoney.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance to the plaintiff for $2,403.88 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Parker of Enterprise, Alabama.
