Credit Acceptance Corp. says borrower owes more than $7,700

GRETNA – A credit company is seeking more than $7,700 in sums due.

Credit Acceptance Corp. filed a complaint on Oct. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Perry Marshall and Carolyn Marshall.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $7,703.56 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Naomi Cohen Ivker of Zarzaur & Schwartz in Birmingham, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 788156.
