Bank of America claims borrower owes over $5,800

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $5,800.

Bank of America filed a complaint on Oct. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Rahim A. Abdallah.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $5,814.96 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
